Every bike and rider
From the MAIN MENU, press:
Up, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Up, Square. to unlock all bikes and riders.

each level
From the MAIN MENU, press:
Up, Left, Down, Right, Up, Left, Down, Left (2x), Box. to unlock all levels.

Hack & Cheat mode
Use: "TOOLAZY" to unlock all bonuses.
